Terms & Agreement
Effective: 1 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pickabuuu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Adults may create wishlists on behalf of minors in their care; the adult remains responsible for the content.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual-property rights, promotes self-harm or violence, or solicits gifts of illegal goods or services. You may not impersonate others or misuse the service to harass anyone.
5. Moderation & flagging
We use automated and manual moderation. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Wishlist messages from guests are visible publicly only after the wishlist owner approves them.
6. User-generated content licence
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Pickabuuu a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, copy and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
7. Pricing & plans
Pickabuuu offers a free tier (3 wishlists per year) and paid plans: ₹299 for 3 listings or ₹1,999 for unlimited listings, each valid for one year from purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.
8. Refunds
Digital plans are non-refundable once any listing has been used. If a charge was made in error, write to support@pickabuuu.app within 7 days for review.
9. Gift fulfillment
Pickabuuu is a wishlist tool. We do not sell, ship or guarantee any gifts. All gift transactions, including any monetary contributions or shipping arrangements, happen directly between the wishlist owner and the gifter. We are not party to those transactions.
10. Third-party links
Wishlists may contain links to third-party stores. We are not responsible for the content, prices, availability or policies of those sites.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms with notice where reasonable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickabuuu's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
